Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle performance.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the showroom is well-stocked with vehicles that meet market demand.
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure all paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in dealership events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining integrity in customer interactions.
- Proficient negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
