Overview
The Bike Store Manager oversees the Bike Shop and all rental operations including ordering and checking inventory; maintaining attractive displays of items; ensuring the store is maintained in a clean, neat and attractive manner. Supervises those who staff the shop; provides training and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service, promotion and rental of products.
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience.
- 3-5 years of prior experience preferred
- Sufficient grade math skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Knowledge of bicycle safety, maintenance and upkeep
