Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members to enhance their skills.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiry.
- Assist in the development of administrative policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties including filing systems and data management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and vendors.
Administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Some knowledge off bookkeeping a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
