Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office procedures, supporting staff development

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members to enhance their skills.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiry.
- Assist in the development of administrative policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.

Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties including filing systems and data management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and vendors.
Administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Some knowledge off bookkeeping a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Charlottesville, VA 22902: Relocate before starting work (Required)
