Davis & Green Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our project management team to support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of project management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is a full time in office position. Must be very organized and detail oriented. Must have good customer services skills. Experience in a construction office a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with coworkers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with accuracy, accountability, effective business skills and superior judgment
- Ability to multi-task and work on 1 or more projects simultaneously
- Strong desire to participate in company’s ongoing efforts to maintain vendor relationships at every level
- AIA Billing experience, submittals, close outs, SOV preparation and other tasks related to contract jobs
- Must have experience in Electrical/Construction project administration
- Construction, job cost software experience a plus
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a project management environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
