What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Operations Manager position at DAVITA?
Essential Function:
Reporting & Administration
- Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communication
- Proactively provide updates and recommendations within executive presentations
- Measure and evaluate results to determine the direction of projects and resources
Program & Project Management
- Develop project structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementation
- Select and manage resources to accomplish project objectives
- Identify and influence strategic business relationships, internally and externally, between ROPS leadership teams
- Set priorities and direction for projects
- Perform root cause analysis on large amounts of datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues and opportunities
Other Duties
- Champion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externally
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or needed
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Travel required: up to 5%

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills
- Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populations
- Working knowledge of ROPS teams, functions, systems, processes
- Model, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership
- Data analysis and/or process innovation
- Ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization
