Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Vice President of Construction Operations position include:
- 7 years of experience in construction and demolition, with a proven leadership background
- Strong ability to read blueprints, problem-solve, and manage subcontractors effectively
- Experience overseeing estimators, warehouse operations, and other management level personnel
- Hands-on involvement in business development and revenue growth strategies
- Managing large-scale commercial and industrial demolition projects ranging from $50K to $8M
- Overseeing regional job sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability
- Driving operational excellence, integrating new estimating software with Sage 100
- Leading and mentoring a growing team while maintaining a strong company culture
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
