What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HCM Configuration Specialist position at Day and Zimmermann, Inc.?
Serve as the bridge between the information technology team and Day & Zimmermann (D&Z) business units (Human Resources) by collecting / processing critical business data (e.g., human resources inventory, payroll inventory, Recruitment and Onboarding systems, Integration with other HR systems, etc.) and ensuring proper configuration of the business systems that drive critical business decisions. Review, design and implement SAP SuccessFactors (SF) software for all D&Z HR modules to document current processes. Oversee product release management system, testing cycle and deployment. Test and support HR modules for updates and configuration changes. Oversee HR modules implementation by configuring SuccessFactors and translate HR and other business needs into specifications for IT and implementation partners. Create and modify reports and dashboards for Success Factors HR to support business analytic needs. Design data templates as per business needs and migrate data into SuccessFactors through Integrations / Upload templates. Troubleshoot module functionality, SF system-related issues and prepare reports. Maintain all technical documentation. Ensure D&Z security compliance, governance policy standards are met. May telecommute to Philadelphia, PA from any U.S. location.
