What we need from you:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and providing a 5-star experience for all customers.
- Act as a membership expert by explaining plan benefits, assisting with renewals, and scheduling seasonal visits.
- Make Outbound calls on special promotions.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
- Service Titan Experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
