Summary:
This position is responsible for ACTT, PSR and ISP services within DAYMARK Recovery Services. This position reports directly to the Enhanced Services Senior Program Director. This position is responsible for ACTT, PSR and ISP program services and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws and assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand with the service array. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services, the service area at large and is often the spokesperson for DAYMARK Recovery Services to regional and statewide stakeholders for these services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility. Ensures treatment model is followed. Monitors P/L reports and budget. Assist with development of budgets for the region. Provides team leads for child enhanced services with supervision. Explores and develops new services and revenue streams. Attends regional and stakeholder meetings. Ensures region workforce is staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed. Serve as the liaison between the SVP and the team leaders for child services. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and/or Experience: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university. Two to four years of clinical practice experience. Some experience with SPMI population preferred. Not required. Certificates, License, Registration: Must be Licensed or Certified in Area of Practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Practicing Psychologist.
Special Attributes: Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Must possess strong clinical skills, a vast knowledge base of mental health and substance abuse disorders and vigor to continue the learning process. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations. Demonstrated ability to balance economic, business and operational factors with clinical care responsibilities.
