The Days Inn Cartersville is hiring Front Desk Agent's.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting in the operation of the front desk and guest services at all times of the shifts. Should be able to multi-task and prioritizes follow up skills and customer service. Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out.
As a Front Desk Agent your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests and checking in and out, fulfilling guest requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.
Able to work through guest service-related issues
Any other duties or responsibilities which might be required by a manager supporting, laundry, breakfast and some public area cleaning
Requirements:
Available on flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.
Usage of strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous hotel front desk experience for smoother operations
Easy handle with technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $10.00 per hour

- Day shift

- Weekends as needed
