We are looking for exceptional employees to join our team of flexible staff members to work the front desk. The position requires the ability to remain calm and professional under stress, as well as a genuine desire to help others and assist guests with anything they might need during their stay. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests, so we're interested in hiring individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and connecting with others.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile.
- Answer phones.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handle credit card payments.
- Verify customer profiles in order to help them with their needs.
- Research and resolve customer-service issues.
- Retrieve materials from multiple locations within the branch in order to provide them to customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
