Responsibilities:
- Client Relations:
- Foster client respect through professional interactions.
- Represent the DC brand with appropriate appearance and respectful communication.
- Project Management:
- Oversee multiple projects in various design-build stages.
- Juggle priorities to ensure smooth execution.
- Time Management:
- Control your schedule with minimal supervision.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving:
- Handle change order discussions and cost variance resolutions.
- Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, maintaining composure and assertiveness.

- Team Coordination:
- Act as a cross-functional liaison to inspire and hold team members accountable.
- Coordinate efforts between contractors, suppliers, clients, and employees.

- Uphold DC Structures’ commitment to quality and continuous improvement (LEAN principles).
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Technology & Reporting:
- Utilize project management tools, 3D modeling, and reporting apps effectively.
Requirements/Skills:
- Project Management experience.
- Understanding and ability to follow construction plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of building materials, permitting processes, and general building codes.
- Timber frame experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with build and post-construction support processes is a plus.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Diplomatic with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Client-focused and committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Tech-savvy.
