DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We are looking for an Equipment Associate that will be responsible for performing maintenance and routine monitoring of all tissue bank equipment.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement / tissue recovery organizations : New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include :
- Performs preventive maintenance for all temperature storage units and other applicable equipment. Documents, files and provides continuance maintenance of the equipment.
- Responsible for the review, filing and maintenance of applicable Quality Control records.
- Maintains the Master Equipment List within the electronic asset tracking system. Communicates scheduled maintenance to appropriate persons. Ensures all equipment maintenance, repair and calibration is performed appropriately. This includes either performing the activity, sending equipment off-site for service or scheduling in house service, as required. Primary escort for repair personnel.
- Monitors temperature-controlled devices, investigates and communicates deviations
- Performs environmental monitoring, reviews results for acceptability and investigates out of range results.
- Execute equipment qualification protocols for new or repaired equipment.
- Verifies all equipment invoices prior to approval of payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
