The Floor Supervisor is responsible for monitoring all activity on the floor at a our gaming establishment. Supervises employees and patrons, handles complaints, attends to malfunctioning machines. Circulate among the floor and observe operations. May explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons. Must have a valid gaming license. Benefits included.
