What You’ll Do:
As our Payroll Coordinator, you’ll ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for employees across multiple states. Your role will involve:
- Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Preparing payroll reports and reconciling discrepancies.
- Managing payroll deductions, garnishments, and adjustments.
- Assisting with audits and providing payroll-related data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of employee payroll data.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred not required.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software (Paycom experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of wage laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
