Staffing Coordinator – Hospitality Workforce Solutions - Houston, TX

As a Staffing Coordinator specializing in hospitality, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Source, recruit, and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
- Proactively assess client needs and identify the right fit, blending skills and personality for successful placements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance in all processes.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships to maintain and grow revenue streams.
- Demonstrate intuitive thinking by anticipating challenges, solving problems creatively, and providing solutions that align with client and candidate needs.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 2 years of staffing and recruiting experience.
- Hospitality/Environmental Services experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare staffing experience is a plus!
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically, act intuitively, and provide creative solutions.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
- High-speed internet for remote work capabilities.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
