Growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our general litigation team for the Albany, New York area.
This is a fully remote position, with the expectation that you will go to court as needed, most likely 2-3 times a week. Practice areas will include defense of a variety of personal injury and other tort claims, including auto, premises, products liability and municipal matters. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent writing, communication and analytical skills. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
