We’re seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney to join our Rochester, NY office. What You'll Do:
- Litigate individual and class action cases, with a focus on federal court and arbitration.
- Draft compelling legal briefs, motions, and discovery materials that make your arguments stand out.
- Represent clients in federal court proceedings, confidently advocating in open court.
- Collaborate on strategy for impactful class actions targeting corporate misconduct.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare for depositions with precision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required:
- 3–4 years of litigation experience, including federal litigation.
- Exceptional persuasive legal writing skills that capture attention and win cases.
- Proven ability to advocate effectively and confidently in open court.
- Preferred:
- Arbitration experience.
- A background in consumer protection or other plaintiff-side litigation (e.g., personal injury, employment law).
- Admission: You must be admitted to the New York bar.
