What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate Attorney position at Underberg & Kessler LLP?
Our Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate for its Rochester, NY office. Our litigation practice team members handle commercial and general civil litigation matters and have experience representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State with a minimum of two years of experience working in general commercial and civil litigation; preference for candidates who have represented clients in court, arbitration or at mediation and with motion practice and appellate practice experience; prior experience handling creditors’ rights or labor and employment matters a plus. Attorneys in the firm’s litigation practice group focus on disputes for a range of institutional businesses, healthcare and financial services clients. Our firm provides extensive training to associates to learn business development skills.
