DebtBlue is seeking for an Inside Sales Unit Manager who has a powerful desire to lead a team of highly motivated Inside Sales Reps. This person will develop systems and procedures and fully implement all company policies and accountability measures to build a productive culture focused on the onboarding and training of new employees. This person should have the leadership skills to assist in developing sales professionals through goal setting, continuous enhanced skill training, proper communication, time management, and lead management. The leader should focus on creating a culture that creates energy, excitement, employee retention, and a winning atmosphere. This role reports to the Director of New Accounts.

Hours : 45 hours per week with rotational Saturday coverage.
Pay : $55,000 base plus Bonus
What you'll do :
- Assist New Accounts Department to meet and exceed monthly enrollment and first draft targets
- Assist assigned Inside Sales Reps in meeting and exceeding individual enrollment and first draft targets
- Assist Inside Sales Reps with follow ups on returned files and first draft NSF's
- Achieving department growth objectives through effective planning, obtaining sales goals, and measuring and analyzing data on past performance to improve future performance
- Provide department leadership coverage including rotational Saturday's
- Ensure New Accounts growth targets are delivered through people management, coaching and development, performance reviews, and reward and individual recognition programs
- Develop, nurture, and manage client relationship to encourage good practices and spur positive reviews
- Facilitate additional training and coaching for new Inside Sales Reps and underperformers
- Ensure that the Certified Debt Specialist department works cross functionally with executives / managers from other departments
- Prepare reporting and work with leadership to determine frequency and proper stakeholder distribution
- Assist with escalated calls to provide client focused solutions
- Other duties as required to support department operations
