Job Title : Director of Treasury
Reports to : VP, Treasury and Insurance
Location : Goleta, CA or Westlake Village – Office-Hybrid
The Role
Reports to the Vice President - Treasury and Insurance. Provides leadership and direction for all aspects of Treasury. Directs the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the department, including leadership, guidance, and management of team members, and development of staff. Serves as primary liaison between other departments, third-party banks, and financial product vendors. Directs and sometimes leads projects with cross-functional teams including Accounting, IT, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Legal, and third parties.

The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to :
- Directing and leading a global team
- Leading and directing international liquidity, including banking and short-term investing globally
- Directing cashflow forecasting and reporting by currency and region
- Directing and leading foreign exchange risk management and execution

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
