Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced QA Test Lead to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee.

With this solicitation, the Seattle Information Technology Department seeks proposals from experienced consultants to upgrade its Oracle WebCenter Suite of Products and migrate both platforms to Oracle Cloud. This includes transitioning the two on-premises Oracle WebCenter platforms (ECM Core Platform and ECM Accela Platform) to an upgraded cloud-based solution, along with migrating all associated applications, content, and integrations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Oracle Web Center minimum 2 years of experience
• OCI minimum 2 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Lead
• At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC)
• Oracle WebLogic
• Oracle Capture
• WebCenter Imaging
• Inbound Refinery (IBR)
• WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR)
• WebCenter Portal
• WebCenter ADF
