Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager of Hardware Development to oversee critical hardware development activities at our facilities in Sterling and Ohio. This role will ensure the success of customized hardware projects, serve as the local point of contact for operations, sales, and product management, and take ownership of responsibilities related to risk mitigation, including identifying, managing, and implementing effective strategies. The position reports to the Director of Hardware Development, based in Germany.
What You Bring :
- Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hardware engineers focused on mitigation product development.
Act as the local expert in drone mitigation for hardware development projects, ensuring potential risks are identified and addressed.
Lead the successful execution of hardware development projects in Sterling and Ohio, with a focus on counter drone measures.
Handle ITAR-restricted topics and ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
