Conley's is looking for Golf Concierges:
- Salary Range: $10.00-$11.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full Time/Part-Time
- Shifts: Varies, Weekend Availability
What You Will Do:
- Operating the Point of Sale System
- Golf tee sheet management
- Inventory management
- Ensuring cleanliness of all areas, and answering the resort telephones
- Being solution based, timely, and knowledgeable about the resort and golf course
- Will demonstrate to guests that you are willing and able to assist at any time by providing directions, assisting with questions regarding services, and scheduling
- Handle all payments from customers and guests for daily casual golf, golf leagues, golf events, Stay & Play packages, and food and beverage service
- Assists in maintaining a healthful and safe environment
- All other related duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and safety operate the equipment
- Provide hospitality and excellent customer service skills to the guests
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude that impacts the customers and makes them want to return
- Ability to perform the following or equivalent movements repeatedly and or sustained periods of time: walking, standing, bending, and stooping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
