Suncrest is looking for a Golf Starter:

• Salary Range: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
• Job Type: Pull Time
• Shifts: Varies

What You Will Do:

• Being solution based, timely and knowledgeable about golf and the resort.
• Demonstrate to guests that you are willing and able to assist at any time by directing players on course conditions, assisting with questions on pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and dress codes are followed.
• The starter ensures the timely and orderly movement of tee times.
• Tee sheet management
• Tracking players and pace of play by communicating with other starters and rangers, reinforcing golf course dress code and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and safety operate the equipment
• Provide hospitality and excellent customer service skills to the guests
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude that impacts the customers and makes them want to return
• Ability to perform the following or equivalent movements repeatedly and or sustained periods of time: walking, standing, bending, and stooping
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
