Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for restaurant cooks for its varied outlets. Ranging from its signature Five-Star restaurant, twenty-eight Atlantic to the popular beachside, Outer Bar & Grille we are seeking individuals who are passionate about preparing the very finest food. Our culinary team provides the highest-quality product and warm genuine service to our guests.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparing restaurant foods, hot and cold according to specifications
- Delivering plates that are beautifully presented with great attention to detail
- Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques
- Working as a team and effectively communicating to management and staff
- Ensuring guest expectations are exceeded
- Ensuring requisitions are processed properly
Previous culinary experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is required. A culinary degree is preferred.
