- Under supervision of Chefs, Line cooks are responsible for executing cooking tasks, including: reading food slips, preparing and cooking food/dishes according to recipes, instruction and direction.
- Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
