Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Billing Specialist to join our dynamic Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with accounting software. What you need to be considered for the role:
- 2 Year / Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training required.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and taxes.
- Knowledge of double-entry and accrual-based accounting.
- Proficient key-punching skills.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
