Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving the growth of our business by identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic planning, project management, and sales skills, with a keen ability to negotiate and foster customer relationships.
Duties
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align business development strategies with sales objectives.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the company's value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, business development or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
