What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Substitute Teachers position at DEFYMCA Early Learning Centers?
We are looking for an energetic, flexible, dependable, self-motivated individuals to help enrich children's lives for our 3 locations in Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. We work with ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
This is an as needed on call job to help cover vacations, days off and sick days of our staff. You can choose the hours and days you are available. There is a $245 stipend at the end of the month from the state for those working in childcare.
The job entails playing with children, changing diapers, helping implement planned curriculum, feeding babies and helping the full time staff with day to day functions.
