Position Overview:
The Belvedere Floor Concierge is a pivotal role designed to provide the highest level of personalized service to guests staying on the prestigious Belvedere Floor of Delamar Greenwich Harbor. As the dedicated concierge, you will anticipate guests' needs and ensure a luxurious, seamless, and memorable experience by offering exceptional amenities, customized services, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Guest Experience: Provide a warm welcome to Belvedere Floor guests and deliver tailored services to enhance their stay, ensuring all requests are met with efficiency, elegance, and professionalism.
- Exclusive Service Coordination: Facilitate and deliver a range of services and amenities exclusive to Belvedere Floor guests, ensuring timely and professional execution of all requests.
- Guest Arrival and Departure Assistance: Manage luggage handling, check-in, and check-out processes to provide a seamless experience for guests.
- Concierge Services: Handle guest requests related to dining, wellness, entertainment, and other personalized services, coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Comfort & Wellness Enhancements: Provide guests with premium amenities designed to enhance their overall experience.
- Children’s Amenities: Ensure families traveling with children receive appropriate amenities tailored to their needs.
- Recreational Coordination: Assist guests with scheduling and accessing available recreational experiences offered by the hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide tailored services.
- Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
