Minimum Qualifications:
Successful applicants must hold a valid high school teaching certificate/license in English for grades 11 & 12; Qualifications to teach College Credit Plus and Reading Endorsements are preferred; Successfully pass a BCI/FBI background check.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
The English/Language Arts Instructor will teach English/Language Arts to 11th and 12th grade students enrolled in career/technical programs offered at Fairfield Career Center. The Instructor will develop lesson plans that make connections between content and real world applications. They will collaborate with instructional staff and work in a team environment. They will provide instruction to include promotion of student involvement in Career Technical Student Organizations.
Salary:
Placement on the Certificated/Licensed Teacher salary schedule.

Building Principal; Fairfield Career Center
