Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Family Support Services
• Provide parental support in areas such as health, nutrition, living skills, budgeting, job skills, goal setting, and basic life skills to help families overcome barriers to child success.
• Facilitate family meetings and parent involvement events to provide support and comply with established guidelines.
2. Program Administration
• Administer Early Head Start program performance standards to ensure program eligibility and compliance with established guidelines.
• Maintain confidential and non-confidential lists and records of program participation, contact information, and agency referrals.
3. Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Participate in various meetings, workshops, and committees to convey and gather information required to perform functions and remain knowledgeable about program guidelines.
4. Documentation and Reporting
• Process documents and materials related to program intake forms, reimbursement reports, attendance reports, and agency referrals.
• Prepare written materials such as newsletters, anecdotal records, and other required documentation.
