What will you do?
- Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops and end-user support for hardware and software systems
- Assist implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
- Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members
- Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events
- Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through help desk request problem-solving process
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role
- Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
- Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
