The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal part-time Charros Buffet Attendants to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Charros Buffet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of the assigned station, including serving and attending to guests’ needs.
This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 23rd through March 22nd with typical shift availability needed from 9 am – 5 pm. Example: 9 am start time for a 1 pm game with gates opening at 11 am.

What will you do?
- Serve guest as a part of our Buffet team at the Charros Lodge in Scottsdale Stadium
- Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment preferred
- Able to work during Spring Training events
- Must have or obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
- Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- May be required to work in narrow spaces
