Are you an experienced dental office administrator with a proven track record? Are you ready to lead by example, and foster growth within a dynamic Periodontal/Implant practice? We're seeking a highly skilled hands-on individual who can not only oversee day-to-day front desk operations efficiently but also inspire and guide our team to deliver their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: As a key leader in our practice, you'll be responsible for motivating and holding our team accountable to deliver top-notch services and patient experiences.
- Strategic Growth: Utilize your expertise to influence the growth, profitability, and success of our practice, implementing effective strategies, systems, and SOP’s.
- Financial Management: Ensure the smooth financial operation of the practice by overseeing patient fee collection and maintaining accurate records.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Demonstrating initiative in tackling challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Hands on and Engaged Daily
- Driven towards mission and vision of practice: Align with the mission and vision of our practice, exhibiting dedication and enthusiasm to uphold its values and goals.
- Experience Matters: Your prior experience as a dental office administrator will be vital in guiding our team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a successful dental office administrator.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor the team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing patient fees and records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with both the team and patients.
- A good understanding of navigating dental insurance plans, and working effectively with in-network plans.
- Eaglesoft experience desired.
