Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including HR sourcing and employee orientation.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and management of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Collaborate with management on workforce management strategies to optimize team performance.
- Utilize Taleo for applicant tracking and reporting purposes.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and performance management practices.
- Familiarity with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in training development and implementation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
