Position Opening – Human Resources Specialist
Location: 61 Corporate Circle, New Castle, DE 19720 (Statewide travel needed for this role)

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain electronic employee records
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Support HR operations in Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, and other administrative HR functions
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis
- Administer and maintain HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or at least two years’ experience as an HR Assistant
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Valid drivers license and driving record in good standing – travel is associated with this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
