Dell Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our Client Solutions team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Stay up to date with PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- Posess technical aptitude and a technical product understanding to insure credibility with executives and technical evaluators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
