Duties : Associates Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience. Two to five years of basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity. Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems. Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience. Healthcare experience preferred (not required) Responsible for the day to day operation of the Valley Health System Help Desk. Answers and documents calls placed to the help desk, documents problem resolution, and strives for first-call resolution for customers relying on the VHS help desk.
