Job Summary:
The Corporate Painter position at DELLA Auto Group in Upstate, New York, including area of Queensbury, Ticonderoga and Plattsburgh, is a full-time, hourly position within the auto dealership. This individual contributor role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the dealership's facilities and grounds. This includes performing basic painting tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's interior and exterior areas, including the showroom, offices, service areas, and parking lot.
Keep the grounds and buildings looking presentable, neat, fresh, and clean.
Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery, such as pressure washers and lawn mowers.
Monitor inventory levels of paint supplies, notifying management when replacements are needed.
Follow all safety protocols and report any safety concerns or accidents to management.
Assist with special projects and events, such as car shows or community events, as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance and/or groundskeeping.
Basic knowledge of painting.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment.
Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
