Financial Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Financial Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of the organization.

Duties

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and insights.
• Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support during internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with federal grant funding is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a financial administration role is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
