What You Will Do
The Client needs a consultant who will develop the guidelines for implementing Procurement Contracts within their Oracle EBS R12.2.9 system. Such guidelines must include but not be limited to, review of the as-is analysis and development of system requirements. Work shall clearly identify requirements for all three phases, pre-implementation, go-live, and post implementation.

- Template Controls/Contract Terms Management Library
- Audit of Negotiations and Red-Lines
- Workflow Management
- Management of a “contract working file” (Bid Submittals, Evaluations, Internal Memos, Correspondences, OSDI communications, and Insurance and Bonding Information, Award Package)
- Management of a Contract Supplier Correspondences (NOA, NTP)
- Management of Contractor Performance (CPIQs or CPE System)
- Ability to link to iProcurement’s CPAs/BPAs and POs to Contracts
- Electronic Signature Features
- Modification and Version Control Management
- Management of Dates
- Unique Identifier Tracking Number
- Metric Reporting
- Recommendations for updates to the Contract Terms Library /Training of Maintenance of the Library
- Recommendation for templates and document formats to publish.
- Recommendation for previous contracts / what and how to convert within the system
