What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Relations Specialist position at Deloitte?
Work you'll do
- Resolve workplace conflicts in a positive manner that facilitates healthy work relationships
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement
- Provide advice to HRBPs & leaders on how to effectively address employees, especially in difficult situations
- Manage crisis matters such as missing persons, death notifications, medical emergencies, natural disasters & pandemics

Qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee and labor relations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer creative solutions to workplace issues
- Comfortable navigating difficult situations
- Ability to remain neutral and unbiased
- Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills. Ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders at all levels
