Sustainability Strategy & Transformation Manager - S&A Strategy
Monitor Deloitte's Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Business Strategy, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy, Technology Strategy & Business Transformation, and AI & Data Strategy
ESG Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win - ultimately driving growth and enterprise value.
Within Monitor Deloitte, the ESG Strategy & Transformation market offering :
- Develops and positions ESG strategy as a long-term value driver across businesses
- Develops end to end, integrated ESG strategy at the enterprise level
- Drives targeted environmental and social transformation projects for business units and functions
- Develops innovative products and solutions to sustainability challenges to enable clients to secure and maintain an industry-leading position with respect to ESG and more broadly
- Prioritizes integration with existing technology and operational systems to maximize data insights and reporting efficiency
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement

Work You'll Do
ESG Strategy & Transformation projects focus on crafting ESG strategies for commercial organizations to provide the greatest return and value for all stakeholder groups. We also support our clients across their full ESG journey from ideation to execution and maintenance - aligning profit to purpose, transforming and decarbonizing operations, and reporting on progress.

Our ESG Strategy & Transformation team comprises leading business and impact strategy experts that each contribute unique capabilities and insights - including sustainability (climate change; renewable energy; supply chain), ESG (corporate governance; risk assessment; measurement & valuation; reporting & assurance), and purpose (DEI, philanthropy). Our Team brings together decades of experience with leading-edge societal impact organizations, world-class strategy, organizational design, measurement and evaluation, and implementation consulting capabilities.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
