Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, offering assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining well-organized records.
- Create customer profiles, generate job entries, and process invoices in QuickBooks (training provided).
- Obtain quotes for the sales team as needed.
- Receive and verify materials against purchase orders.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team effectively.
