This non-exempt internship pays an hourly rate of $28.00 and is full-time (40 hours per week). Interns are expected to work during our standard business hours, which are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Interns are typically required to work onsite at our Seattle office every Tuesday, with the option for remote work on other days based on departmental needs.

• Develop reports and dashboards to support financial analysis.
• Create user-friendly reference materials to aid understanding.
• Work closely with finance team members and internal department heads.
• Conduct research and analysis on journal entries, user insights, and variance trends.
• Participate in team meetings, offering ideas to enhance processes and projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting as needed.

Experience, Skills, and Education Needed for Success in the Internship Position: The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this internship.

• Currently pursuing an associate, bachelors, or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Acumatica and SQL is a plus but not required.
• Displays a high level of accountability by effectively managing tasks independently, meeting goals, and delivering high-quality work while staying dedicated to team objectives.
• Ability to collect relevant information, assess data, and make thoughtful contributions to projects or problem-solving activities.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with diverse teams, contributing to an inclusive environment, and seeking opportunities for growth and improvement within the internship and organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
