Accounting & Finance Intern

What you´ll do :
- Work under the Finance Analyst to help with accounts payables and receivables processes.
- Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner that helps to create positive relationships.
- Manage queues in third party payables system (API).
- Cash Payments.
- Processing customer refunds.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Resolve RNI items.
- Update and maintain Excel Spreadsheets.
- Run weekly reports.
- Assist specialists in daily tasks.

This is a hybrid role. Office location : Bellevue, WA. Preference for candidates located in the greater Seattle area. Targeting a start date of April 2025.
Pay and Benefits :
The hourly pay for this position is up to $20 / hr. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
