What You'll Do
Are you passionate about customer service and engagement? Want an opportunity to grow in an interactive professional role? Use your skills to meet the needs of our customers and collaborate with various departments to ensure a superior customer experience. You will have complete oversight of the customer's project invoicing from the initial setup, milestone payment progression, change order management, invoicing approvals, and collection support.
A Day in the Life
On any given day, you will be tasked with monitoring and communicating day-to-day details of projects, maintaining orders and account information, and serve as an interface between the customer and internal departments within the company.
What We're Looking For
A successful candidate will possess effective written and verbal communication skills, an attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team setting. You'll stand out from other candidates if you have previous experience in an Account Manager position and have demonstrated experience managing a high volume of information and correspondence from receipt of the order through the warranty. Most importantly, you're committed to progress, ownership, worth, excellence, and responsibility to ensure POWER AT ALL TIMES.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this role, while a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a related position is required. Proven experience in strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and sound judgement will help you easily transition into our team!
