This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleveland, MS, for the Director of the Gertrude C. Ford Center for Teaching and Learning at Delta State University. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of programs and services designed to enhance teaching and learning. The Director will support faculty professional development, promote best practices in pedagogy, and manage the daily operations of the Center. Additional responsibilities include conducting workshops, providing one-on-one consultations, and collaborating with various academic departments.

- Proficiency in educational technology and instructional design
- Experience in leading workshops and providing individual consultations
- A Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; a Doctorate is preferred
- Previous experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable
